Summary: The facility is run down and needs work. The carpet and walls are dirty, have holes and needs paint badly. The pool room has holes in the windows, and the pool was absolutely filthy. It needs cleaning badly. The room was cleaner, and the sheets were clean, but there was left over food under the sofa bed. Not what we normally expect from a wyndham property. Surprising!

Summary: Our stay was really great! Our room had 2 double/queen beds and a pull-out bed. It was very good sized and everything was clean. Free breakfast was good too

Summary: clean rooms, comfy beds, hotel was pretty run down in some areas- hallway carpet, pool, stucco on the building - but in the rooms it was nice, and the staff was really friendly and efficient- great place for pets too!

Summary: Toilets were low to ground so if anyone has issues with standing up after sitting down then you will have a problem. Turned the air off and the fan continues to blow and doesn’t turn off. The pool and hot tub were not working and the Continental breakfast wasn’t the best, only decent food was the waffles and the juice machine was not working so no juice!!!! You’d think that they would give their customers a break in price!!!! But no!!!

Summary: Disappointed that the swimming pool and the hot tub had both been closed by the health department prior to our arrival and this was not updated on the hotel's description. This is one of the reasons we booked this hotel. We were offered to walk across the street to use another hotel's pool but found it to be an inconvenience with our stay. Location was great. In and out burger in the parking lot. Major restaurants near by. Easy on and off of the hwy. Walgreen's was straight across the street.

Summary: Nothing worked. Tv didn’t work, fridge didn’t work, pool and hot tub didn’t work, toilet would get stuck and run, breakfast was terrible. Keys stopped working. The only thing good about it was the beds were not bad. It was super dusty l, hadn’t been deep cleaned in a long time and it had a stinky aroma in the hotel. Disappointed! Guess u get what u pay for. Will not stay again

Summary: We always stay at this hotel when we visit Layton UT. Its close to everything. It's not the swanky hotel, but its affordable and clean and the staff are friends and helpful. This visit over memorial day weekend I reserved a deluxe room, we like the extra space and couch option. I was told because I dont have an animal, I cant have that room. 1. I always reserve and stay in the deluxe rooms 2. I never bring my dog and still have been able to get the reserved room I asked the gentleman at the desk and he said its a pet friendly room, and since we dont have an animal he needs to give us another room. I was to tired to dispute we just drove from Washington state. I'm a rewards member and been one for awhile. Just was disappointed and the customer service.

Summary: 5 minutes after checking in police were in the parking lot. I had notify the desk that the back door was open and people were streaming in,( can we say security). Met people in the stairway drunk, and smelling of weed. Poor showing for breakfast and toilet almost overflowed each time you flushed. Staff was nice,building in bad part of town.
